We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room was spacious and clean, and we particularly loved the suite room. The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities and an in-room safe, made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel also offered room service, car hire, and laundry services, which was very convenient for us.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Thodupuzha. Starting with the staff who were cheerful and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were kept in clean and pristine condition, including my room which was of a good size, in fact, I stayed in the suite room. The location of the hotel was ideal, located in the heart of a bustling area filled with restaurants and shops. I found the breakfast spread to be quite delicious and satisfying. my experience at this hotel was quite enjoyable, largely due to the amazing staff, cleanliness, location and breakfast.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like about the hotel.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to many shops and restaurants. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with good lighting and hygienic washrooms. the staff is friendly and supportive, especially the manager. the hotel offers ample parking space.
The breakfast options are limited and unsatisfactory in terms of warm food and juice options.

Spent my new year at this hotel and the fireworks view from my window was breathtaking. The room was cozy and came with a comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi. The location was great too, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel was severely understaffed. Room service was tardy and the food was subpar.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view and a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and provided helpful suggestions for local food and activities. the location was very convenient, close to shops and with easy access to transportation. Plus, the room service menu offered an excellent variety of food.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the poor maintenance of the hotel. the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad.
